Yes, we have a master goldsmith and a goldsmith apprentice on staff who can perform many different types of repairs and services to your jewellery pieces. You can read more about the services we offer here.
Yes, marriage licences can be purchased up to 24 hours before your ceremony time and no earlier than three months before the wedding. You must be getting married in MB. They cost $100 (debit or cash)and you both must be here together to fill it out.
You require a passport, birth certificate OR a drivers licence accompanied by a second form of government ID, such as a SIN or health card. If you have been divorced or widowed you will need to bring proof of this via a divorce certificate (not judgement) OR proof of deceased (funeral home statement of death, death certificate or presumption of death order).

Yes, we LOVE creating custom jewellery for our clients!! Whether an engagement ring, a remembrance piece or a treat for yourself all custom pieces get our full attention and expertise. Visit our custom design page to learn more about the process and see a sampling of some of our previous designs.
Custom design pieces can take 6 to 12 weeks depending on how long the design approval takes and the intricacy of the finished piece.
Custom jewellery commissions start at $750, on average we find our clients spend between $2500 & $3500 for a new piece or $1200 to $1800 for a remake.

Yes, we can engrave on metal, glass and service awards. We also are able to do inside ring engraving.
Most engraving jobs can be completed in one to two business days.

Yes, we offer Afterpay as a financing option up to $2000 on the website. Afterpay allows you to pay in four equal payments with no interest over 6 weeks on approved credit. Simply download the Afterpay app, add your favourites to your cart and select Afterpay at checkout.
For purchases over $1000 in store we off financing through Flexiti. The application process takes approxiamately 20 minutes and does offer different levels of interest free, payment free plans.
We offer shipping on all items purchased through our online store, making it easy and convenient to shop from anywhere you are! Regular parcel ships through Canada Post and will include a tracking number. Express parcels ship through FedEx or Purolator and will include a tracking number.
Inclement weather or service disruptions on the fault of the shipping companies may cause delays in delivery which are beyond our control. GNM Fine Jewellers is not liable for such delays and will not refund any shipping charges.
Orders are processed and shipped between 10 am & 1:00 pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Any orders placed after 1:00 pm will be shipped the following business day.

We ship Canada wide. International shipping is offered on a case by case basis. Please contact us by email, email@example.com, if you require international shipping.
In Canada we offer three shipping options that take anywhere from 2 to 14 days.
Returns and exchanges
Purchases made online may be returned instore at GNM Fine Jewellers or by shipping back to the store. Returns in person to the store must be accompanied by the original packing slip or a copy of the shipping confirmation email or online purchase receipt. The store employee will process your return and issue a refund to the original payment form. Please note that original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, unless you have received an incorrect or defective item.
If you are unable to return in person to the store, you can return by mail. All merchandise must be in original (unaltered) and unworn condition and include all original packaging, booklets/warranty cards, any parts and ALL tags must still be attached to the product. You can expect a refund within 7-10 days of us receiving your returned product. Refund will be issued to the payment method used on the original purchase.
Call or text us at 204-326-3917, to receive return authorization. Pack the item securely and enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip. If you do not have your original packing slip please include your name, address, phone number and order number or copy of receipt. All return shipping must be prepaid, we do not accept C.O.D shipment unless told otherwise. For your protection we suggest you use a shipping service that includes insurance and tracking. Ship to the following address: GNM Fine Jewellers, Unit 72 - 178 Hwy 12N, Steinbach MB, R5G 1T7. Make note of your return tracking number so you can ensure it arrives to us safely.
